Property has a lot of facilities and could be a great place to stay, but seems poorly managed as I found my room to be uncomfortable due to large stains on the area riug in the living room, slightly musty smell, and just didn’t feel like things were clean. I covered the couch wiyh towels before sitting down. Also has no ice machine so when you get to your room thinking you’re gonna have a nice cold drink if you brought your own hooch, forget it. You’ll have to wait for the icemaker in the refrigerator to kick out which can take up to an hour, enough for one drink. Want to kck back and watch some TV? Seems like there’s a lot of choices but none of them worked. The only thing I could access was Netflix and that was after I had to sign in with my own account. No local TV news programs or anything. No breakfast was also a surprise, but I wasn’t too disappointed as I had my questions about the cleanliness of the place. Won’t be staying there again.

Everything was pretty good. Rooms were very clean. Staff was very polite and helpful. Facilities and amentities were convinient. My ONLY honest complaint in the form of an honest cronstructive criticism or even just rather as a obervation with out any projection of malice or disparity is that some of the staff just don't simoly seem to eager to be at work. Yes, i unserstand its work and from the looks of it is thay really really just stems from the overwhelmingness of their duties. My only comment is that the overall moral or sinply just maintaining the desire of the employees to at least be somewhat eager to work should be worked on. Whether it be from the top management or simply whatever reconciliation that should be assesed form the employees. Besides that I can honestly thank you for your accomadations and hospitality. God bless to you all.

This is a very unique modern apartment complex/hotel with two large working elevators that are regularly maintained. The areas around the property are kept very clean (even the pet area!) with well lit hallways, pathways, and doors that need a key card to use any of the amenities. The parking lots have plenty of spaces and are very safe. There is a good sized pool, lounge area, three barbecue stations with utensils, and a courtyard with plenty of seating. There's also a well-appointed fitness center, a work area with a computer and printer right off the lobby where the friendly staff always welcomes you with a smile. The suites have hardwood floors, fully stocked kitchens and a washer/dryer in each unit. The king beds are comfortable with lots of pillows, and the rooms have plenty of storage options. The bathrooms are pretty large with really good water pressure, even on the upper floors. There is a lot of construction going on right near the property which can be annoying at times, especially if your room is near the pool area, so I would avoid those rooms if you can. Would definitely recommend this property for all of the above reasons, plus its affordability.
