"The front desk person didnt answer the phone, i walked to the desk and he was ignoring the phone and playing on his phone. When i walked into the lobby, there was a woman in the lobby waiting to be helped, the front desk person was just out of sight playing on his phone ignoring her. I walked into the gift shop and could see him sitting there ignoring her. Only after i saw him sitting there did he respond to us.when i confronted him, he says he was working on his website."

I don't usually stay at La Quinta, because of the higher price point, so this was an exception for me. I was not disappointed at all with the room, but the breakfast was another matter.
