"3AM was the last check in time and that proved to be very useful! One of the days, my magnetic key did fail to work but front desk replaced it right away. Walls are a bit thin so you can hear neighbor sometimes (ours was playing music, but it was during the day, so it was fine.) Towels are in the front, you can ask them there or room service will bring it to you. Cleanliness was the only thing off, our curtain had weird stains on it but it was not a deal breaker. "the Jacuzzi needs a nice deep clean. The button had scum on it, and it's a little.. stained.. you need that Clorox spa stain&scale control and a good bristle brush to get that off. But, other than that the housekeeping was phenomenal, the price was great and the bed/room was so comfy and clean. Big beautiful TV and convenient charging ports. "
