"Property was perfect for our stay everything we wanted to see and do was in walking distance or public transportation. If i had one thing to complain about would be the bed it was so hard. But other than that was a great stay"

"This is a decent hotel! We got the accessible room that said it had a view of the bay however it does not. The receptionist immediately offered another room higher up but it was not Handicapped accessible nor did it have the additional living area. So that was the only bummer is that we were promised a view but did not get one. Nothing against the hotel itself but maybe an Expedia error."

"Super convenient. Literally across the street from Union Square just behind Swarovzki. Free coffee and tea and the front desk we’re very professional and helpful. Bart train is 7-9 minutes walk away. Sink is in the room fyi, other than that great experience. Will come back again. "
