"They demanded a $50 damage deposit!! Lord knows if I ever see that as there was no toilet paper spindle, stained carpet and furniture and one light didn't work. ::( And no fan in bathroom, and while surfing channels the remote would quit after about 25 changes. Had to let it sit to surf more."

"What a gem in this quaint town. We were able to park right next to our room. We had many dining options. The decor was well designed and the amenities were great. It was winter, so the upstairs bar and roof were closed, but it looked fun. This city sleeps in in late March, so you should also. We were able to walk everywhere for food and drinks. The local grocery store is also up the street. The staff were great at communicating, and we met one of the managers who made sure we found...

"The Matterhorn Inn is centrally located near the Main Street in Ouray and is walkable to everything you would want to go do. The rooms were clean, the service was fantastic and we will absolutely stay here for all future visits to Ouray!"

"My stay was clean and convenient in town. The only drawback was a 10 am checkout time and no one working the front office to hold bags while waiting for transport. Something to consider if you have a later flight or don’t have your own transportation. "
