We loved the hotel, the accommodating customer service, the super clean and quaint room, the location, the big thick towels offered up for the hot springs, the friendly dog park behind the hot, the pet friendly room, and most of all… the very sweet family run business. "When we booked, we believed we would stay in the main building shown in the photos. Instead, we were placed in an annex at the back, which was very uncomfortable during this cold season. One of the beds was so uncomfortable it felt like it had thorns, raising concerns about hygiene. As a result, we all ended up sleeping in one bed, making the experience even worse.
