"The Alma House is a wonderful option for Silverton lodging. It's unique -- glorious historic Victorian building and furnishings, extremely friendly and helpful staff, great views, etc. The breakfasts are great and I really enjoy Matt & Micki's down to earth vibe."

"My husband and I stayed for a week for our anniversary. We had an amazing time. It was exactly as described in the listing.We could not have been happier with our stay. Property was very clean, warm and welcoming. Beds were comfortable, and kitchen well stocked. Randall was great at checking in, and always available if needed. There was so much to do there. We felled so welcomed. We will definitely be back. "

"Loved our stay at Camp Happy Ranch! The viewout the back was absolutely stunning and we loved seeing the wildlife outside our window. Suzanne, Steven and Blue were so accommodating and gave us great suggestions as far what to do in beautiful Ouray…we will definitely be back!"

"This room had a king bed and a bunkbed. It was adequate for sleeping. We were out most of the day hiking which was amazing and really only used it for sleeping and cleaning up during the day. The rest of the facility was beautiful and it was close to the gondola which could take us up and over into Telluride. Staff at the front desk were amazing, especially Ignacio."

"The Bear Creek Lodge is a beautiful property in the quiet part of Mountain Village of Telluride. Very clean and quiet, with all the amenities. A quick walk to the gondola gets you to the main part of Mountain Village, then you can hop on another gondola to get down in to town. So whether you want to stay up on the mountain or enjoy the town, it's very easy to do."

"My husband and I stayed in one of the subdivided rooms…huge condo where one large bedroom suite/bathroom had its own private entrance with microwave and small fridge. It was larger than I envisioned, clean with great mattress and pillows. No issues with noise, but like any stay it can depend on who your neighbors are…very great positive experience at a fair price for Telluride lodging up in Mountain Village. Great value…pool, two spas and exercise room. Would stay again…staff awesome!"

"We had a great stay! Clean nice amenities location. I wish I had a better sleep though mattress it’s old needs to be upgraded."

"The room was super small. The bed was smaller and did not look like the picture. The furniture was old, packed down, hard and one of the chairs falling apart. The kuerig machine did not work after I had bought pods and all of the things I needed for coffee. Front desk tried to find another one and said this unit has Keurig because it was managed directly by the owners. I tried the coffee maker next and it also didn't work. It was the wrong coffee maker for the filters and coffee provided by the...

"I wish I had not stayed here. It is a very old and depressing building to be in. very louc with hot tub so close to the windows. I got bit by a spider in Room 114 during night #3 and had to go to urgent care when I got back to Denver the same day. Room appeared to be clean but you never know. There are no good amenities. Just good location but not a nice place to stay. Never again!"

"Long day of hiking and arrive at our room at 9:00 PM to find we had no hot water and no communication from staff. Met several others staying at the hotel who told us there was an issue. Waited 1/2 hours at front desk to hear that there was no planned solution until next day. Woke up to no hot water. Made for a very unpleasant day."

"Clean, comfy, perfect location for everything you want to do in mountain village or telluride. Check in was a little odd since the door was stuck and all lights and tv was on which they said was normal but I have travelled a lot and made me feel a little uneasy. But overall is as advertised."

"The location was great. Close to Ouray and Ridgway. Definitely need to follow the directions sent to you--do NOT use GPS. The drive to the property was up a steep hill so you need a vehicle with at least some type of AWD at a minimum due to the loose gravel. If there is rain or snow, it would be even more difficult.
