"This hotel is in the heart of central Amsterdam so conveniently located to walk to the train station, the red light district, restaurants and shops as well as tons of touristy spots. Be prepared for a louder experience as Amsterdam does not sleep, but that is not the hotel's fault, just part of the deal. The hotel was clean and the bed was very comfortable."

"Hotel is literally next door to the XXX part of the city but there’s never any trouble, we were on the 5th floor and couldn’t hear any noise at all. Great location for the train station with connections straight to the airport. Short walk to the quieter prettier parts of the city. Hotel was itself very nice, staff all friendly and helpful. "

"The hotel and its staff are excellent. The facilities could not be faulted. A focus area for improvement would be around dining options. One of party has a vegetarian and gluten-free diet. The menu options between the restaurants and room service are not joined up. There were options on the room service menu that you could not get on the restaurant menu so the choice was really limiting. Also, not all staff were aware of the gluten free options available so we got different messages on...

"You get what you pay for, you can’t complain. 5 stars as it just a walk away from the main train station and it is right in the middle of Amsterdam city Centre. Be prepared to walk up stairs as there was no elevator for the building. Once I arrived my room was actually upgraded to a better room which was nice but at the very top floor. I’m fairly athletic so it was not much of a hassle for me."
