"This hotel is in a great location for us first time visitors to Buenos Aires, a couple of blocks from Recoleta Cemetery and the meeting place for many tours. The front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful with advice and arrangements for taxis, around town, and for reliable transport to the airport. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. We had an issue with the room a/c unit dripping condensate line water onto the single bed the first night. Maintenance the next day said we had the...

"The hotel seems safe, I arrived at about 7pm after a full day travelling ie 24 hr flights & the reception desk opened the front door. The room was very spacious, great to have a cuppa tea but they didn't provide milk in the room, when I called to ask for milk I was told I'd have to go to the supermarket, this was very disappointing. Im here 1 night but returning to this hotel in 2 days time, i how they've visited the supermarket by then"

"We had a room with a balcony and the balcony was the best part of the room. Very pleasant to sit out there in the evening with a glass of wine. Nice to be in a residential neighbourhood. The room itself was a bit small and so was the bathroom. Air conditioning worked well. The room could use some maintenance as a few things were falling apart. Staff friendly and helpful. In a very nice area to explore. A few coffee shops nearby where one could get breakfast or lunch. "

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The lobby was being painted so the space was not ideal but when I returned two weeks later at the end of my trip for a two day stay, it was all finished and look very nice. Rooms were super clean and I liked the Shampoo, etc. The rain shower head was fabulous."
