5 star service and quality at significantly lower prices. We had a lot of special requests and al were handled, politely, promptly and correctly. The staff is as well trained as at hotels charging 2 or 3 X .. Especially big shout out to both Melanie and Alejandra ,at the front desk are outstanding!!

The hotel was fine and just as expected for its star rating. It is in a good central location for exploring the city. The service was very helpful and very friendly – they even accepted an email to print out a boarding pass for on line flight check in. If I return to the city I will book this hotel again.

Ótima opção em Recoleta!
Quartos grandes e confortáveis, com ótimos travesseiros e armários espaçosos. Éramos uma família de quatro pessoas, ficamos em dois quartos compartilhados. Banheiros espaçosos e kit amenities no banho e na pia muito bons. Estrutura do hotel muito boa, com serviço de quarto e funcionários muito simpáticos. Otima localização. Café da manhã atende às expectativas, porém muito repetitivo e os pães não são saborosos, todos muito duros e sucos artificiais. Melhor ficar na base da torrada mesmo. Chão de um dos quartos (406) precisa de manutenção, pois está levantando e os banheiros possuem chuveiro dentro da banheira, o que pode causar problemas para pessoas com problemas de locomoção. Para nós, foi muito bom!

Nice renovated hotel with decent sized rooms and good AC. The bed was really comfortable and the breakfast was better than most others we've seen with a variety of eggs, potatos, pastries and fruit. My only complaint is that the room had a slight sewage smell to it.

Camas del Hotel Bel Air
Contratamos el Hotel por dos noches, en fechas diferentes, habitación doble, camas singles. Cuando llegamos nos dieron habitación con dos camas individuales juntadas y con un único respaldo . Ante nuestro reclamo nos derivaron a otra habitación , un poco mas amplia con tres camas, dos de las cuales estaban separadas aproximadamente 20 cm, la tercer cama era mas pequeña , manifestándonos el personal que nos atendió que todas las habitaciones estaban así. La segunda noche y ante nuevo reclamo nos ubicaron en una habitación como corresponde. Si no hubiera pagado ambas noches me retiraba del Hotel...Sera que hasta esto hay que controlar antes de contratar???
