"This place was a mini heaven for me, not even the hotels I've been too come close to this place... I loved every thing about it, I'm definitely coming back"

"The room was very hot. Only 2 x coat hangers in the cupboard. No outside table or chairs to sit on, apart from one that all in the establishment has to use. When I wanted to use it, it was occupied by the staff. Not private at all, people going passed your unit all the time including staff. No one around to let you out when checking out. Place in a dodgy area. During load shedding At 2 am in the morning all the downlighting came on in the room and you couldn’t switch them off, so didn’t sleep....

"I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Easy to find and only 30 mins drive from OR Tambo airport. Check-in and out was quick and easy with very welcoming front desk staff. The room was very comfortable, a good size and spotlessly clean. Tea and coffee making facilities were also in the room as well as a refrigerator which was put to use. "Not so good as they didn't even accommodate us. They indicated that they don't use Hotels for bookings. I stated arguing even after showing them proof of payment they just refused to accommodate us. I will appreciate to be refunded as I experienced such experience for the first time in my life. "

Late check-in and early departures for business is a disaster. No after hours room service, despite saying so on the website. No gym. No early coffee/breakfast. Avoid. "

"All hotel staffs are great, only last minutes upon check out, lady came to me and said because we ( 7 people ) check out at 12.00, we can’t have any drinks and dinner anymore at the hotel, it’s strange hotel policy. Be aware if you have late night flight like me, you’ll not able to have dinner here. I’ll not come back here even have beautiful view"
