"It's been ten years since we last stayed at The Westcliff, it is such a beautiful hotel with great service. Our suite was roomy and well-kept. Valentine's Dinner was a disappointment as service was extremely slow but overall we enjoyed our stay."

"I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Easy to find and only 30 mins drive from OR Tambo airport. Check-in and out was quick and easy with very welcoming front desk staff. The room was very comfortable, a good size and spotlessly clean. Tea and coffee making facilities were also in the room as well as a refrigerator which was put to use. "The room was very hot. Only 2 x coat hangers in the cupboard. No outside table or chairs to sit on, apart from one that all in the establishment has to use. When I wanted to use it, it was occupied by the staff. Not private at all, people going passed your unit all the time including staff. No one around to let you out when checking out. Place in a dodgy area. During load shedding At 2 am in the morning all the downlighting came on in the room and you couldn’t switch them off, so didn’t sleep....

"All was OK, especially the very good swimming pool and the really very nice well kept garden, thanks to the property's dedicated grounds keeper, but the kitchen needs to be restocked with more cooking wares and specially drinking glasses as there were none of these at all.."

"Not so good as they didn't even accommodate us. They indicated that they don't use Hotels for bookings. I stated arguing even after showing them proof of payment they just refused to accommodate us. I will appreciate to be refunded as I experienced such experience for the first time in my life. "
