"Fantastic find! It’s a pub rather than a hotel, but the room was comfortable with tea and biscuits etc supplied. It was a shared bathroom which wasn’t a problem. The staff were fantastic and couldn’t do enough to help. I didn’t find it noisy despite it being Kareoke on the Friday night. Parking wasn’t on site but I didn’t have a problem parking just behind the pub in a small car park. A stone’s throw from bars and restaurants. Would definitely return. Thank you for a great stay!"

"The picture of the rooms are fake, rooms were dirty, smelly and not fit for humans. I would not recommend anyone to use UK.hotels.com as you can't contact any once you have paid the money. "I liked #20 because it was on ground floor. I shared this suite of 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen with a friend. We made our own breakfast with cereals and fruit which was just fine. 5 minute walk to the Abbey. The place is an excellent value. "

"I didn't receive any instructions for self check in until I called the letting agent. The property is dark and dingy. It smelled damp and was cluttered with unnecessary furniture (large sofa foot stool, 4 armchairs, 4chairs, fridge freezer & non working fridge, for a double room).
