"This hotel pleasantly surprised my wife and me. For the price, we never expected such an upscale look and amenities once inside. Our corner room was impressively spacious with excellent amenities. Breakfast was included, and it exceeded expectations with great options and a spacious seating area. We stayed for just one night, choosing this hotel for its proximity to SeaTac Airport, and the location couldn’t have been better. Definitely a 5-star experience in every sense."

"I had to check out 3 days early because there was a change in my circumstances, but when i requested a refund through Expedia, it was denied. I always stay at this hotel whenever I come to Seattle. I should get a refund because I notified the hotel ahead of time that I'd be checking out early, and yet they decided that I don’t deserve a refund. This is not right, and it's my money."
