"The property is very close to the tramway and the main street of Nice. It was very clean and well appointed. The property itself opens on to a pedestrian street ligned with eateries. Staff were pleasant and helpful."

As for Gilles, the hotel owner, he was so friendly, helpful and pleasant to speak with each day - full of great suggestions about what to visit, and incredibly helpful with directions, etc. As for the daily self-service breakfast - PERFECT. The selection of continental items available to choose from were all of the best quality, and it was a great way to start each day. We would stay here again in a heart-beat."

"Tried a different location in Nice this stay and it was last munute and prices high. Overall good. Walk to beach, old Nice, main shopping street and port. Good (not small places as some other Nice hotel parking) underground parking (16€/day)."

"We booked this hotel on location to train station. It had that. Small rooms terrible beds and pillows, no kleenex or water glasses in the room. It was F1 weekend in Monaco so any room this close is probably a blessing but at any other time I would not stay here. One more plus the A/C worked fine."

"Friendly receptionist lady during check in. Simple room but had a nice sleep. The hotel is surrounded by a supermarket and some other shops. McDonald’s is right next to hotel. "

"The hotel itself is nice. Nice big rooms and bathrooms. Comfortable beds and the neighborhood is residential and business mixed. Very close to the Sagrada Familia and to transportation, many restaurants to choose from and easy access to the other parts of the city. Very nice."
