First off: if you arrive by var, there is an entire gated area belonging to the hotel where you can park your car in the shade of olive tree (most hotels in this area only offer right spots which are difficult to get in and out). "We could not fault our stay at Hotel Garni Selene, it has a beautiful pool and lovely large balconies, all with an uninterrupted view of the lake. All of the hotel was spotlessly clean. It was a great location for us and we used the shuttle bus several times to go into Malcesine. The owners were lovely and made us feel very welcome.
