"It could use some updating but met all our expectations. They were very nice and accommodating. It was close to the lake with direct access. We had a few ants but they came quickly and sprayed all around the wall base and that took care of them. The kitchen had most all necessary items however there was no oven. In our apartment the parking was to small for our vehicle but they offered alternate parking close by. We went to Venice by train and Verona by car. "

"We were one of the first guests in the Residenza Alto Garda so everything was brand new and very nicely furnished. The apartments are spacious, modern and clean. Location is few minutes walking from the beach and few steps away from the Riva promenade/historic center. There is parking just outside the building. There are also other extras as bike storage, ping pong table, game room, outside chill-out terrace etc. Definetely one of the nicest places we've been to recently. "

"Lovely new hotel with all modern facilities, 10/15 minute walk into Riva town but local restaurant within a 5 minute walk. When booking would advise to book parking we couldn't find any parking near by. Lovely swimming pool and pool towels available to rent for the week. The only negative is that there are no English channels on the tv apart from the news and there is also building of 3 other hotels going on next door, you can hear the builders of a morning. "Everything was quite fine, the apartment , the silence of the surround, the comfortable parking, cleanlines. The shower "tools" was partially broken and the shower cabin itself something "dark" (lighting just in the middle of the bathroom).
