"I mistakenly booked the wrong date and the hotel could not have been more accommodating. Super helpful on the phone and nothing was too much trouble. On arrival after midnight I expected everything to be closed up - but to my surprise they had top Belgian beers on tap for that welcome drink Staff should be commended for their attitude towards guests - I wish other hotels were like this. Well Done !"

"I was hesitant for a long time about booking a hostel, but my first experience proved me wrong! Maybe it was beginner's luck—who knows? The hostel is a 10-minute walk from the city centre, located in a quiet and safe area. I booked a room in a flat, and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and cosy it was, especially the bathroom, which was very well-maintained. The pub has a lovely vintage design that enhances your experience. Although there weren't many pizza options, the ones I tried...

"We had an excellent stay for two nights in a room of four. Great staff, great area, very easy to walk to everywhere. Good underground parking lot at less than five minute walk for 15 euros. Only downside for us is that the walls seem pretty thin so we could hear outside noise when there was some. To be expected in an old building. All in all, we had a very nice time in Ghent it is a great city."
