"Overall very good. Father & son ski holiday. Pros Ski in and out excellent facility with excellent storage for ski gear - once you work out where to enter off the slope. "The only good thing about this hotel is the location. The room was filthy from the start. No one came to clean our room during our stay so we had to go and request new towels and buy toilet roll. The mattress had a mysterious looking pee stain which was quickly uncovered as our bed sheet on our double bed was actually two single sheets placed horizontally (which is very uncomfortable and moves during the night). "The place is very ran down. The staff is very rude, specially Olivia and sonele. They screamed at me because they made a mistake on their end regarding the breakfast. The food tastes worse than hospital or school food. No hospitality at all. The beds and pillows were the level of a hostel. The bathroom had no soap.
