Staff/Manager apologetic and refund the difference in cash.Was initially given a car park view room with balcony over a smoking area and cigarette smell coming up from below. Sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Gastgeberfamilie, vor allem die Oma (?) des Hauses. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Schöner, kleiner Pool, mit ein paar Liegemöglichkeiten. "My family and I booked three rooms at Furra and had a wonderful stay! The rooms were recently renovated and are very clean. The restaurant downstairs had excellent food and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Furra if you're visiting Gjirokaster! The street can get loud at night but if you're there to vacation and enjoy festivities, you'll be in the crowd anyway. "
