Hotel associates were friendly, kind, and attentive. Just enough parking for the hotel size. Safe neighborhood and parking area with lights that come on as you get close to the back door. Great location! We have family in the Glendale area and found the location to be close to them and central to most activities in the area....

"Had a decent stay at Best Western Pasadena inn. There are two best westerns right across the street from each other. The room was clean. I was on the second floor and had to use noise cancelling sounds because the walkway made a noise every time someone walked across it. The bed has a metal base and it sounded like I was closing a file cabinet if I bumped into or when I turned over. The water in the shower barely got to lukewarm but it was functional.
