"The hotel was great. However the information about the pet fee was not disclosed on my reservation on Orbitz and was a very high fee. I was also not told of the fee at check in during my first visit on Dec 23 and booked again on Dec 28. I would have stayed elsewhere if I had known about the high fee but was told this time at check in, and it was too late to arrange other plans. Very disappointed with the lack of details concerning the pet fee. "

"Easy access to hotel. Bed comfy and room clean. Issues: walls and doors seem thin. Overall a “loud” hotel as u can hear everything. A/C unit didn’t have continuous fan option to help drown out noise. Staff was friendly, but very loud in the morning as they were beginning to clean rooms and I was still trying to sleep. "The guy at the front desk was very friendly and checked me in very quickly. The place doesn't look real nice from the outside but once you get inside the rooms are very clean and spacious and even have a full kitchen. The TV could have been bigger and there were no tissues in the room. I had to use the spare roll of toilet paper as tissues."
