The area is peaceful, and the home is well-maintained with easy access to nearby amenities. However, we encountered some discrepancies between the listing and the actual accommodations. The listing states that the property can sleep 8 guests, but in reality, it can only accommodate 6 comfortably. It also mentions having 2 bedrooms and an office, with an additional sunroom...

"This place is amazing! My family of 13 ages 3-70 stayed here for 3 nights. There was enough space for all of us, without feeling like we were on top of each other. Beds were amazing and so comfortable! We have a boy who’s still potty training and forgot his potty seat, but they have an added potty seat attached to one of the bathrooms it was a nice touch and helped us out a lot. Lastly "

"We had a wonderful time at this cute and cozy mountain home. We came up to West Virginia to visit family that lives in the area. It was such a nice respite to come back to every evening and relax. The decor is lovely and so much attention to detail. The kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked. We had everything we needed and will come back again. The hosts were clear in communication and gave us many wonderful ideas for places to eat and things to do."

"We went to celebrate a birthday…not much to do outside in the middle of winter but we drove to Rocky Gap State Park and Cumberland Train depot. The cabin was clean and we enjoyed a snow day the day we left! "
