"It was loud on the 2nd floor but the housekeeping staff was very good. Not many food options in January but food was still okay. Rooms are spacious. Elevators are painfully slow "

"This was the first time staying at Park Place Hotel. We were given a complementary room upgrade for free hours before our arrival. The property in general was clean. The staff was very friendly. The room had the normal wear and tear of any normal hotel room. While we only stayed one night, I will definitely stay again "

"Very nice place. Nice room. Clean. Nice view. Good parking. Dogs allowed (were barking early in a.m.) No directions on how to use TV- poor channel selection. Overall-a very nice stay."

"I stayed in this property for a teachers’ conference. The staff I spoke to were very polite and more than willing to help. The room was clean and quiet. I also liked the breakfast and the birds they have in the lobby. The only thing I did not like was the parking options. The hotel per se doesn’t have that many parking spaces so we had to park by the street and we weren’t sure about how safe it was. Nothing happened but we would have preferred to park in the property. "We have been at this hotel several times and we love that it's pet friendly this time The best part is that it has a hot tub and a pool top floor restaurant is so close to the ocean less than a block away. So many restaurants are so close by which makes it even more convenient also."
