"Everything was basically good. Family above my room extremely noisy jumping on floor my 2 kids 4 & 6 complaining about it. I called was told they would call got quieter till next morning and evening. Some people are just rude. But hotel tried. Am a past travel agent of 33 years and have owned lodging for 23 years so have great respect for the property trying. Will return just will ask for 3rd floor. "

"Awesome 2-night stay for our family of 4 at this friendly and clean family-run "motel". We thought of staying at one of the indoor waterparks, and more than 3x the cost. But only really wanted to spend one day on water slides. The water parks price their accommodations with park passes included each night, so if you're not going purely for waterslides, consider this spot! Walkable to the main strip in the Dells, easy access to boat tours, Wizard Quest, and everything else downtown."

"This was our first time staying at this hotel. The property is in a great location. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom area was very old and outdated. The breakfast was advertised as running until 10 AM but there was no hot food left in the servers or replaced as of 9:15 AM, we were disappointed in that."
