"The hotel itself was good and we will stay here again. It was nice to have an area for kids as we have 2 littles that enjoy running around. We were not expecting the party atmosphere when evening hit but that was a minor thing. The rooms are fairly quiet unless someone is sprinting and screaming in front of your door. Beds were cleans, bathroom was clean, floors were clean. Breakfast was limited but did have a nice choice at the grill for an additional cost. "

"The lady at checkin on Thurs evening was not friendly. I am unable to understand how asking to shift from a king size to a smaller bed is considered an upgrade and would cost more. The more mature lady on Friday evening was friendly and helpful. The TV remote did not work and she provided me with another functional one. It appears some building maintenance is in order. "

"I travel to Lubbock frequently & this has become my go to hotel! It’s quiet,comfortable,and the staff is very friendly! There’s plenty of parking and the location is close to everything. "
