Mattresses - 2, very hard Pillows - 2, very firm Outside noise - 8, very quiet street Inside noise - 1 LOUD construction noise right over our room right after 8 am, also our neighbors talking/using kitchen late at night Shower - 6 half a glass panel, window on ground level, shower handle holder is loose so you can't adjust it Bath - 10 nice deep...
