"Unfortunately we are giving a poor and unsatisfactory review. The room was very small, the bed was one step away from the door! The bed creaked loudly when you turned in bed because of the noisy bed springs. The donkeys brayed throughout the night. We did not sleep well. The bathroom door did not close properly and also creaked loudly when you opened it. The shower did not drain well , there was not enough hot water, and it got cold quickly. "This was our crash point to wind down after a week in Rome and driving to Pisa. It was on the beach and has it's own courtyard, pool and private beach areas - not much use in March though. It has 24 hour desk and the car park is inside walled yard - Big walled yard. "
