"This is always a wonderful place to stay when we are in Rome. They helped us to arrange transport from the airport to the hotel even though it was a very busy time. The only thing that is sad is that they have canceled their dinner/cocktail service in the evening. "

"Fantastic host with clean and comfortable accommodations! Had everything we needed. Outdoor space was amazing. Good restaurants, market, Vatican City, and city bus at the bottom of the hill. Hill was a bit legit for my mom, but we just took our time. Would highly recommend!! "

The location in a quiet residential area is very convenient, just up the street from the San Pietro train station and within walking distance of the Vatican. "Our family (two adults and two children) stayed in this apartment for four nights. The apartment was spacious and very clean. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed for cooking. Communication with the host was excellent before our arrival and during our stay. We arrived a couple of hours before our check-in time and we were able to get early access to the apartment. "Apartment is dated. One bathroom smelled horrible the entire stay. Got there and air conditioner wasn’t working. Manager showed up right away but was grumpy. Told me I had to pay an additional city tax and cleaning fee. I guessed I was getting scammed but had no other option but to pay. Air conditioning worked about 75% of time. Would not recommend."

"Perfect spot away from the hustle and bustle. Easy to get to Rome and Florence. Quiet at night. Beautiful view. Plenty of restaurants near by. Absolutely loved the quiet nights and away from the noise of the city. "

"The property owner does not speak English but was easily able to communicate with WhatsApp. Private. Enclosed parking. I was able to come and go through a private entrance for my vehicle with ease. If you’re looking for an affordable quiet private option to staying near Rome, this is great. A vehicle is a must. The nearby streets of Bracciano near the castle, has cheap and great food. Paulo the owner is a great host."

"Wir haben eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung vorgefunden mit einem wunderbaren Blick vom Wohnzimmer aus direkt auf das Meer. Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet. Hinzu kommt, dass uns Simona mit vielen Leckereien überrascht hat. Die Betreuung durch Simona und Laura bei kleinen Hindernissen war umgehend, super organisiert und immer zuverlässig! "The place is great, they have a full supermarket, cafeteria, and the bus runs right across the street. Loved it would definitely go back instead of a place closer to downtown rome"
