"The room was clean. We asked to be moved as there was a noisy party in the room directly above ours. The desk clerk promptly moved us. I had just had surgery at UVA and needed a peaceful night. The lotion proved by the hotel had been used prior to my opening it. It was almost empty. Needless to say, I discarded it."

The host is not responsive even when we reached out to him four days in advance asking if we could do an early check-in we got to the date of the booking to check in and the host never responded. He wasn’t even reached out to my Vrbo and never responded, causing my family to spend extra money to now go out and find another location. I wouldn’t advise never booking with this host. We have booked another reservation for three weeks from now, which we’ve also canceled due to...
