Unfortunately the maintenance of some key features was poor. 2 beach decks were closed to access, one of them for consecutive years, one elevator out of 2 was not working, the shower faucet in our room was dripping constantly and the room was noisy due to the proximity of the one functioning elevator. Amazing place but needs to step up its maintenance plan."

"Stayed with my husband we liked the fact that it was a short walk to the beach, stores and restaurants. The casino was fun being inside the hotel. We loved the pool and pool bar after a day at the beach. Bonus with breakfast included and happy hour in the afternoon. "

"Hotel looked really nice but wasn’t super impressed about room service or breakfast. We stayed closest to the pool/bar area and music was very loud at night. Our sheets were also never changed just few new towels every day. Not very impressed by the breakfast offered just yogurt and some fruit. Half way through the trip found a bakery very close that was really good. During the day there weren’t many people around so had the pool to ourselves the few times we used it. Overall had a good stay...
