"Stayed at this hotel for an evening before boarding a cruise. Very close to the airport and the port. The staff were very friendly and helpful as our flight landed very late and could not check in until 2am. We didn’t explore the area around the hotel as we had to leave early the next day but we would definitely consider staying here again if we find ourselves back in San Juan! "

"Overall, we did enjoy our stay here! The amount of dinning options and varieties were important. Also the amount of pools & a private beach option as well was definitely a plus. Most staff was accommodating and we had a nice experience with. There were a few cons during our stay: 1) The AC was not working. "Staff was some of the friendliest we’d ever met. Especially Julio (one of the servers), the concierge was extremely helpful with knowledge of the area, beach crew was exemplary. Any negative reviews are definitely Karens who have no sympathy for people who work in hospitality "

"Overall we enjoyed our stay. The food was great and happy hour from 5-7 was greatly appreciated. Staff was very nice. Breakfast options were plentiful and the beach easily accessible. The only complaint I have is that our beds were squeaky. Specifically my daughter’s bed. I will email the hotel management so that it can be addressed. We used Uber to get to various places, which was convenient. The hotel was overall very clean and well maintained. Guests were also considerate. "

"Very friendly staff. Everyone was very accommodating. I was annoyed that on two occasions our room had not been cleaned by 5:00 pm despite us being out of the room. Once brought to management's attention, the room was cleaned but I don't think I should have had to ask. In general, however, people were so pleasant and the accommodations were pleasant so I give it a high rating."

"The property was so sweet. We absolutely loved it. Pete and Liamm were so helpful, kind and considerate. I had a full moon fire ceremony to conduct and thought their fireplace in the backyard would work beautifully, however with it being on a week the music form the Malecon was too loud. Pete and Liamm suggested a place on the beach that ended up being perfect. Their assistance was exceptional. When we go again, we will be sure to book during the week to avoid the loud music of the weekend. "
