"We started staying here every time we go through Springfield. We have really had some bad experiences in other motels. It is easy to get to from all major highways. They have a pool and hot tub that actually work. The water in the room is actually hot. The rooms are clean and a nice size."

"Don't be fooled by the exterior. I was hesitant upon arriving the building is obviously not new but has been well cared for. Small hickup with checking in however john was very nice and promply found my reservation and checked us in. The room was beyond expectations. 2 balconies very large room with comfortable bed. "We have stayed at this Best Western multiple times as it’s conveniently located as we travel from the south to the north. We travel with 2 cats and this Best Western is cat friendly, not just pet friendly, which usually means dogs only (read the fine print when booking rooms that say pet friendly), it has access from outside so we don’t have to take the cats through a lobby, but most importantly, the staff is always very friendly! We will continue to make this a stop over on the future! "
