"This property is in an excellent location. Shopping on Qeens St is only few minutes walk. You can get to ferry and cruise ship in 10 minutes. Area is very safe to walk at night. Our room was spotless and the shower was great…..lots of hot water."

"Great staff, location and value. Like a decent one bed flat they leave loads of extras like coffees and teas but also detergent for the laundry washer dryer. Staff super helpful (i swapped rooms). Like all of NZ so far, hotels have been superb."

"Good quality, reasonably priced food n bev at coffee shop and bar lunch spot. Room very comfortable, plenty of good quality linen and towels. Good lighting and bathroom amenities excellent. Overall a good experience we would certainly return to this venue and recommend to others."
