"At first I was worried about my stay. The first night I did not get very much sleep due to a large metal banging waking me up several times over the night. Then the next morning I had to use a scalding hot shower as I could not get the temperature to work. And I still had five more nights for my stay! "My arrival around 7pm. Danny the 3 to 11 manager was friendly and curious. He opened the doors while I was rolling in my suitcase. I was using crutches and he took my bag to my room. He put on the lights and turned on the heater. He was a great help. He also opened doors for me. Thank you for being so helpful. Victor the 7 to 3 manager checked me out on Friday. He brought my suitcase outside to my car. "

"It was my wife’s birthday and our anniversary. In our room we were welcomed with an as requested nonalcoholic champagne, chocolate, and other goodies. This was above and beyond and we really appreciated it. There was a water issue that couldn’t be fixed in our original room and we were quickly upgraded to a nicer room.
