"The room was clean, comfortable. The location was excellent to the event I was attending. Wifi worked most of the time. There was a wait before anyone would come to the desk. There was an option to call someone, but I did not have phone service. Someone was also given my room key. They managed to open the door. This should never happen at a hotel. "My family and I were in Ashland attending a funeral. We stayed two nights. The hotel was extremely clean as were the rooms. The staff were friendly and courteous. We enjoyed the free breakfast. The waffles are the best. We would defintely stay at this hotel the next time we are in Ashland visiting family."

"The view of the Ohio River is amazing. This cabin is more like glamping. The basic bathroom is separate from the cabin area on ground level. The shower was nice and hot. There is a basic "kitchen" area(sink, microwave, refrigerator/freezer) on the ground level. There is no stove, hot plate or kitchen ware. There were dozens of dead flies in the window sill. "
