"So we arrived… not impressed at all… really disappointed… TV remotes were corroded from the batteries, refrigerator freezer was soiled (property owner came and cleaned) AFTER she was notified from Evolve, she stated that they were just there and cleaned 🙄. "Everything was great! Secluded and well maintained property that is absolutely perfect for a relaxing time.Owner was quick to respond to all questions that we had. Will definitely be coming back!"

"If you are looking to spend a lot of time at Cave Run Lake this is a great location as it is close to multiple boat ramps. The only issue I had was some materials chipping or peeling from the ceiling. Overall a good property and was as advertised"

"Plenty of room for our vacation of 10 people. Showers were absolutely fantastic, and we never ran out of hot water. House has everything you could need from home. Hot tub a bonus after walking trails all day. Kids enjoyed the game room and house was surprisingly quiet when they were playing. We would definitely return and recommend to a friend!"
