"Great value for your money. Hotel was clean, maybe a little worn in spots, but nothing that impacted our stay. It's not at the same level as a Marriott or Hilton, but given the location, was well worth it. Price included parking and continental breakfast. Staff was friendly. If you're trying to visit Asheville on a budget, this is a good option."

"Was disappointed for a few things we expect when we stay at a Hampton Inn. They did not have a king size bed, just one queen size that was softer than normal. Secondly, the variety for breakfast was more limited than usual. Lastly, they normally provide shampoo and conditioner but this one only provided shampoo and body wash."

"We stayed at the Haywood Park Hotel two days before Hurricane Helene's destructive path caused catastrophic damage to lovely Asheville. Our stay was wonderful. Our room (more like an apartment!) was incredible. "This property was impressive, room was great, staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast choices were great. All turned to custard though when Hurricane Helene came through. Hotel management had made no preparations and the young staff members on the ground were very helpful and did a great job but you could see they needed some direction as they were struggling."
