"J’ai passé un court séjour, l’hôtel est propre et le confort y est également mais le service n’est pas au top. après avoir appelé la réception sans succès, j’ai passé 2h au salon de la réception à attendre que quelqu’un se présente mais hélas personne n’est venue, j’ai dû demander de l’aide à un client qui sortait de l’hôtel."
