"The property is very well located, there's lots to eat nearby and places to visit. Downtown Birmingham is not that that far. The Zoo and Science Museum were pretty close. The property was very cleaned and the pool was a delight. The only thing I didn't like was the front desk service. The attendant there seemed to have an attitude of get out of my way type of thing. He did comply with my requests but was always in a hurry to get me out of the way. I would suggest taking a different approach."

My son had a track meet early the next morning, and we were really tired after the drive. First, upon entering the hotel, well when I attempted to enter, the first set of automatic doors was stuck. "Room seemed clean; bed more firm then I care for. Carpet in room & hall need replaced-tears & threadbare in places. Only pull down shade on window, no blackout drapes so parking lot lights shining in made sleeping difficult. Breakfast was just ok. Convenient to interstate, parking not easy. I usually like Comfort Inns, but this one was a bit of a disappointment-not sure I would stay here again."
