"I love the location and I think this place could be really great if the company put a little money into upkeep and updates. Very run down once in person and they haven’t had a restaurant or bar since 2019. The room was comfy but we bought a top floor suite and when we went out on the balcony the chairs were covered in green moss and moldy slimy stuff. You would think they would have made sure the stuff was clean before guests got there. "

"Staff was friendly and accommodating. Check in was easy. Close to the beach and shopping. Facility had free laundry use. But the machine didn’t work. There was plenty of food at breakfast. But the breakfast room smelled terrible. Rooms were clean and smelled fresh."

"We enjoyed our stay this time, as always. Our plans kept changing because of disruptions in our schedule but the front desk associate was flexible and helpful and was able to accommodate our dynamic schedule. It is also a lovely building, more reminiscent of a European or Middle Eastern hotel than the mom and pop beachside motels and hotels one usually finds in little ocean side cities. "Our only issue was when we did our initial walk through, there seem to be residue on the back of the door of the master bedroom. So we were concerned we would be held responsible. But we took photos and video footage. As well as sand on the laundry machine. Aside from that was a wonderful place to stay"

"It was a very nice room! I booked the Tortuga room and it’s was so nice to have the 3rd bed in its own room. I have a 3 yr old so it was great for his normal nighttime routine without the noise of others. It was very clean. Nice that it was contactless service."

"I liked that there was NO CARPET! I was extremely disappointed the bed was not a queen size. Full size was too small for my daughter and me. The parking was an issue. It was almost impossible one morning to get out of the parking space. I wish we had known where to get more toilet paper and clean towels....."
