Canal view rooms are pricier and breakfast comes with a surcharge. Nothing exceptional about front desk. It would have been nice if there was a coffeemaker in the room. "

"The young, energetic staff always seemed freindly & eager to help out. Housekeeping was right on point. The poximity to the main train station is a big plus for me as I have limited mobility. It is literally a 100 yard walk from the train from Schipol to the lobby of the hotel. One suggestion, coffee makers in the rooms please."
