I tried the emergency button but the person who answer was all “nothing I can do”. I slept in the lobby until 2am when an irritated staff member woke me and after some persuasion checked me into my room."

"The hotel is well situated to Arles, yet quiet and quaint. The pool and sitting area offered comfortable opportunity for outside relaxation. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant is pleasant, well attended, with a superb chef, offering excellent 3 course dinners. Our stay was most enjoyable and we recommend it for those who are tired of crowded downtown or chain hotels."
