"Great location in Chinatown, easy walk to piers at Fisherman's Wharf, close to trolley car stops, plenty of Ubers close by. Friendly staff. Compact and clean room, perfect for the single traveler or young couple. Shower worked well. Bed is not soft and night time has a lot of street noise and you have to leave the window open as these older buildings don't have A/C, but if you make yourself busy enough during the day, believe me you still sleep well! If you are fussy and want A/C and soft fluffy...

"Great Lodge by the Muir Forest, in a peaceful part of the Bay Area, in Marin. The Hotel is Family Owned, has great Staff and is in a beautiful location. Our room was very clean, smelled fresh, cleaning service was wonderful and they paid attention to details. Our Front Desk Host Rosie was very kind and made us feel like valued guest. We especially loved the TV Cable selection for a variety of different quality channels to entertain our 3yr old. We were here for a 5 day half business half...

Wallgreen the next door. - Staff forgot the baby bed even after we ask by mail and phone call, we arrived at 1 am and nobody was able to provide a baby bed. Many junkies and homeless in the neighborhood, it could be stressfull but we didn't have any problem. "

"The room was really nice, breakfast was great. Only two small inconveniences… there were 4 people in our room and we were only given 3 towels. When we called and asked for another towel we were told we had to go down and get it ourselves. And the walls are very thin. We heard our neighbors entire phone conversation. Luckily for us he was very quiet otherwise, and we tried to be very quiet too! "
