"What we didn’t like: Turning on sink faucet with massive pressure that you soaked your clothes each time. Outdated rooms. Beds were creaky and stiff. Even with a hot breakfast it was very limited. Back door to lobby locked after certain time and had to walk around the whole hotel to front doors in freezing cold at night. We liked the spacious room. Had lots of extra space. Liked 11:00 checkout. There was adequate parking. "

"I want to start by saying the great service provided at the front desk. Felt very welcomed. The first thing I noticed from entering the room was precisely how it was cleaned, you could see the couch was vacuumed and everything was as it should. No noise from neighbours so it was quiet. The bed was amazingly comfortable and that says a lot coming from someone who is pregnant and usually uncomfortable at night time. "Room was clean, cleaning staff was great. Only had 2 towels in bathroom, despite the fact I had put 3 in the room when I reserved. They wouldn’t deliver towels to room as only one staff at front desk, so had to go down and get more. One elevator was out during whole stay, so had to wait lots for one elevator"

"2 small issues, first was some mold in the shower, second was strong cooking smells in the morning from the breakfast prep. Otherwise a great experience"
