"There was only one person checking in people so it took awhile. Once we were checked in, the key didn't work. I took 4 times to get the keys to work, but it was a master key that got us in. I waited because I knew she had several people to check in. She was on her way up as I was going down and the keys she had worked. The entrance floor appeared sticky. The room was great as far as temperature. The towel rack needed maintenance. It was a good room for what we needed."
