"Overall a decent property. Appears fairly newly remodeled. Seemed pretty clean. You have to ask for daily housecleaning or clean towels. Pool and spa were heavily chlorinated. Maybe to an unsafe level actually. Breakfast was decent. Staff were very nice and helpful. "

"The new owner/management was great. Sharon took good care of us. Linda one of the staff and ran the breakfast was so friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean, friendly, only 11 miles from Granbury and was almost half the price of many of the hotels right in Granbury. Would recommend any time - will definitely stay there again."
