Great House for a Large Group
We really enjoyed our stay. The house is laid out well for a large group. Lots of hang out areas with plenty of seating. The beds were super comfortable. Kitchen worked great for cooking and the pizza oven was a big plus. Caught a big catfish on the lake. The host was responsive and very helpful. We will be back! One of our favorite rentals we’ve had!!

Wonderful Stay
The house was consistent with pictures and description. It’s was a wonderful stay for the family, in particular our grandchildren had a blast with the pool, media room and the large living area. The host was very responsive. We will definitely plan on staying again.

Family getaway
This stay was Amazing. It was my husband and and myself our 6 Grandkids, niece our Adult kids and their other halfs and my sister and brother. The home was so big and beautiful. The lake was beautiful fishing at night. I would love to stay here in the future again. The host was there if you needed him just a phone call away. Thank you for making our trip a special one.

Family friendly
The owners have supplied the house with thoughtful items for kids of all ages. Property is well maintained and has spaces that make everyone comfortable day and night. The movie room and game room were awesome, not to mention the pool and lake access for boating. We'll be back!

Independence Day Getaway
A great place for a large group, with lots of bathrooms and bedrooms. A nice swimming pool overlooking the lake gave plenty of relief from the hot weather. With a full kitchen, and outdoor grills, we were able to let our “chefs” take turns preparing their specialties. Jeff was very responsive when we had questions. We’ll be back❗️

Nice place, but with issues
We had a few issues during our stay: 8 women could not operate stove top range (code had expired, too), no wash cloths (we bought our own) & fire alarm did not work. Mail box was overflowing with note saying if not emptied, they would stop delivery (we brought in all mail).

Beautiful house with lots of room, a pool, and great water view
This lake house is so clean and modern compared to other rentals we have experienced. Wonderful communication with owner Jeff on any and all subjects. Slight hassle with the guard gate situation (gated community), but that also gives a sense of security. Big house with 5 bedrooms, theater room, POOL, hot tub - really all you can ask for.

Weekend Trip!
Great property with lots of amenities. A few minor issues with the WIFI and pool, but host had his pool guy come over and we reset the WIFI. Overall it was a wonderful stay and would book again.

The house met all our expectations it was perfect for our large family. Wish we could have used more of the yard. But rather overgrown. Would like to have had a few more cookie sheets and muffin tins in the kitchen we cook all our meals. An another outdoor trash can would have helped

50 th birthday celebration
Wonderful outdoor area and seating, utilized the indoor movie room when it was raining. The downstairs en suite bathroom shower did not drain well.

Property and house was perfect for our family weekend. Nice to have the kayaks available to use in a perfect area with no speeding boats being off the main body of water. Jeff was quick to reply to our needs through text messages.

House has a great outdoor patio overlooking the lake. House was clean, needs new skillets in the kitchen. Dishwasher needs to be secured- Jeff was quick to answer any question we had. Would stay her again.

Fun Fun Fun Texas in the sun
This beautiful retreat was a wonderful time for all ages. As a local here in Granbury, I book a Lake house for an annual vacation for my family from San Diego California. This was the first booking I did with this property and it did not disappoint, much… When we arrive, the house is beautiful and clean with so many amenities, but an unfortunate situation occurred prior to our arrival… a green pool awaited us. To my surprise and disappointment, I try to look on the bright side because there were so many more things available to us on this property. I contacted the host, Mr. Jeff Reed, who assured me that he was aware of the pool situation and was attempting to , treat it with his pool service in order that we may be able to use the pool within a couple of days. Unfortunately, that never transpired, but that did not stop us from enjoying the remainder of the property and the amenities such as the theater room, the foosball game room, or the ping-pong game room. we had so much fun and enjoyed our time that although the pool situation was a disappointment, we did not focus on it and did not blame Mr. Reed for the situation. He offered up a discount as well as compensation for not having the pool, which was one of the many reasons specifically why I booked this property. Overall , this was a wonderful property to vacation. I will be rebooking it next year, and prayerfully, we will enjoy the pool as well. Note: the landscape could be mowed and edged for a cleaner backyard.

A VRBO Winner
During the last 20 years, we have stayed in many homes with VRBO. Some were good, some weren’t. This rental was fantastic. Not only did the pictures truly depict what was there, but the attention to detail was phenomenal. It felt like a real home, not something just slapped together quickly and cheaply to make money. Baskets of pool towels, hooks for towels & clothes, tables and lamps beside the beds. Details that matter and make your stay more enjoyable. Plenty of seating for everyone. There is an array of areas for everyone to spread out and enjoy. The media room was a huge hit. Jeff was attentive and quickly responded to any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again.
