"A last min booking for new years eve! I booked a family room for myself , Hubby and 7 year old son. The day arrived and the weather forecast was awful and nearly stopped our visit however after prompt, helpful communication from Regan we decided to try and brave the travel. After a lovely visit to the Copper mines we headed to the Coach house (less than 10 min drive) . At the property, we recieved a very warm welcome from the member of staff who showed us to our room. "We had a great 3 days staying at Snowdonia Mountain Lodge. The location is beautiful, perfect for walking and exploring. Ned was really helpful and friendly and made us feel very welcome. The family room was comfortable and had everything we needed, we also had use of the communal lounge and kitchen which was well equipped and we used for breakfast. We’d definitely come back!"

Hard to tell if bed sheets were clean and laundered tbh. Shower rail/head broken and taped up, not what you expect for the money. "
