The gate is almost a quarter mile away from the main buildings. We honked multiple times and I had to leave the safety of my car to knock at the gate. The room we were assigned was Dirty with falling window curtains. Water was shut off and we had to wait for them to run around to get it running. The toilet was dirty...

"The listing advertised wifi which was not available most of the time and when it was available, it was very weak and slow. The same can be said for the shower. Little to no hot water. Also, the picture in the listing is nothing like the room I was in. The picture showed a small refrigerator and in-room safe. Neither were present."

"The hotel is very convenient just off the main Nakuru - Mombasa highway. The bedroom was good and clean, but the bathroom was not working well, had standing water on the floor and not so clean. The staff were helpful, but for some reason my online booking was not received and so it was lucky they had space and I had to get cash to pay. The hotel could be heading in the right direction, but needs more attention to the detail they have in the bedroom to other aspects of the facilities"
