"The staff was awesome. You have a great staff of people. Monica and Tiffany were so great. We came on a girls trip and they made our trip awesome. The lady in the breakfast area ( I believe that was Allysa) was so attentive to our every need in helping us have a great breakfast. John, the maintenance man helped us with our luggage. We really appreciated him very much. Very nice man. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay. Highly recommend this hotel."

"We had a great stay at the Matterhorn for 2 nights. I love the old school feel on the outside and our room was large and nicely renovated with a balcony overlooking some of Sedonas red rocks. You can easily walk to restaurants and shops (obviously pretty touristy in downtown). The staff was super friendly. We were there in January so it was pretty quiet but I imagine it could get loud in high season. "

"I loved hearing the birds sing in the morning after a good nights sleep. It was good to know that the front desk was available 24/7. I turned the heater off once i was going to sleep so the sound going on and off wont wake me. It worked out very well."

"This is a wonderful place to stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and cozy and the area is so beautiful, being by bell rock. Great restaurants in walking distance. This was the second time staying here and we will stay here again."

"We were checked in by the hotel manager. He was friendly and accommodating. He even walked us to our room to show us how key items worked. Unusually thorough and welcoming. He gave us several recommendations for dining. We chose one of those and were delighted with the menu, service and cuisine. "

"We arrived at 12am and the front desk lady was very generous in checking us in. The room was very clean and extremely cozy. The bed was extremely comfortable. Being that the motel is on the side of the highway, I thought I’d hear highway noice, I heard ZERO noice and slept all night. "
