"Very unique with the fire pit outdoors altho we didn’t get to enjoy. Looked very inviting. We COULD hear the tv from the room next to us, pretty loud but went off at a reasonable hour. We asked for a few extra pillows which were brought up right away. Perfect for us as well as two other couples who enjoyed their stay. Would highly recommend this hotel!! 5 stars Cottonwood is a very unique small town. Enjoyed all"

The gentleman that checked us in was very helpful and friendly and our room was very clean and quiet. We had really nice views of the rock formations from our motel room which was a nice touch. We found the room rates to be very reasonable and we would definitely stay again on our next trip to Sedona. "

"I like almost everything about this property. The room is clean and had comfortable pillows, but the mattress was really outdated and I could feel the springs every time I lay down. That’s the only negative remark. They really need new mattresses. I stayed in room six. Other than that, everything else was great and located right in the heart of everything"
